Hon. Ajayi Adebowale declare his intentions to contest for chairman

Hon. Adebowale Ajayi, the current council leader of Ikorodu Local Government, has announced his intention to run for the chairman position in the upcoming local government election. With his experience as a two-term councilor representing Aga/Ijomu Ward E and Chairman of the Councilor Forum, Ikorodu Division, he's confident that he deserves the opportunity to lead the local government.

Ajayi expressed his gratitude to the leaders and APC members in Aga/Ijomu for their unwavering support, which has enabled him to serve the community effectively. He highlighted his achievements, including various empowerment programs, infrastructure projects, and motions/bills he's sponsored that have become laws.

As council leader, Ajayi has demonstrated his leadership skills and dedication to the community. His aspirations align with his proven track record, and he's eager to take on the challenge of leading Ikorodu Local Government. However, he acknowledges that the decision ultimately lies with the party and leaders, and he's hopeful that they will grant him the opportunity
